The service here was outstanding at...

We have been to other all inclusive resorts in Riviera Maya that were mediocre, so I really wanted something four star quality for our kids' first trip to Mexico. Aventura Cove Palace definitely fit the bill! The property is beautiful, the pool is amazing and the restaurants were very good. 24 hour room service was a plus, and the rooms include gratis soft drinks and adult beverages, nightly turn down service and spa-quality amenities.

We knew ahead of time that there was not a "beach" at the resort. There is a lagoon where you can snorkel and see fish, and beach chairs next to the water. The pool was so wonderful that it really didn't matter, and we ended up finding an amazing beach called Akumal with white sand and coral reefs about 15 mins away by taxi.

The service here was outstanding at the property has lush gardens and is kept immaculately. The nightly entertainment was also really great...we were pleasantly surprised! Definitely recommend getting over to the adult side to the Asian restaurant...they had fabulous sushi and Chinese/Japanese/Thai food. The Manduca Mexican restaurant was also fab, but there is a dress code there, so bring long pants! The buffet style restaurants were pretty good serving Mexican interpretations of American food...I see others complained, but compared to other resorts I've stayed at, I thought the food was very good. We would definitely recommend and go back again!
