The spa’s signature treatment, Temazcal, is an authentic Mexican purifying experience. This centuries-old Mexican sweat bath is similar to the sweat lodge tradition of the indigenous peoples of the United States. In the Temazcal treatment, guests enter a small round stone structure with a pit holding hot volcanic rocks. Water is poured on the hot rocks to produce steam that is calming and therapeutic.
The Hydrotherapy area at Aventura Spa Palace entices with a calming ambiance of scented candles, soft lighting, the sound of cascading waters, and peaceful rhythms. All Spa packages include complimentary use of the hydrotherapy facilities on the day of your scheduled appointment.
