Aventura Cove offers three indoor venues and three outdoor venues for Riviera Maya weddings. The Tikal Room, located on the second floor of the Aventura Spa Palace lobby, accommodates up to 190 guests. The Ik Room, located on the second floor of the Aventura Cove Palace lobby, accommodates up to 500 guests. With its multiple configurations, the Convention Center offers the capacity for 10 to 2400 guests. For an outdoors ceremony, choose from the Maracas inlet, the Spa Terrace, and the Solarium Mundaca, all located near the cove.

Enjoy a challenging round on one of our legendary Jack Nicklaus golf courses. Tour Mayan ruins and experience ancient culture. Or simply disappear with just your spouse, and surrender to the freedom of our luxurious all-inclusive retreat. Aventura Cove Palace Honeymoon Package, included free of charge with all of our Wedding Packages, features romantic amenities for the bride and groom, including a bottle of sparkling wine, a mini honeymoon cake, a romantic candlelight dinner, breakfast in bed and many other romantic delights. An optional honeymoon bridal registry allows guests to contribute to your ideal wedding or Cancun honeymoon.
For an even more indulgent experience, upgrade to one of our Optional Honeymoon and Anniversary Packages. The Romance Package adds two 25-minute back massages, a flower arrangement, keepsake bathrobes and slippers and other delights. The Deluxe Package includes everything listed above, as well as two 50-minute holistic massages in our couples spa suite, a candlelit rose petal bath in the double Jacuzzi and a tour for two to a romantic destination. The Ultra Romance Package adds to all of those amenities a full holistic Spa Package and an in-room romantic dinner.
Wedding Group Benefits
We are happy to have you celebrate one of the most important days of your life with us, and we want to help make your celebration even better! Aventura Cove Palace is pleased to offer the happy couple great incentives when booking your reservation with us. Group Benefits below are contingent based on a signed Group Contract of a minimum of 5 rooms with initial deposit.
COMPLIMENTARY ROOM NIGHTS*
The Bride and Groom will receive one (1) complimentary room night for every ten (10) room nights paid up to seven (7) room nights.
UPGRADES
Bride and Groom will receive one (1) complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category (up to Concierge Level) when booking 25 rooms or more. (Reservations must have a minimum of 3 nights or equivalent to 75 room nights. Subject to space and availability of the resort. If the Bride and Groom have already booked a Concierge Level room or a Suite, then they will have the option to pass the "upgrade" to a family member for the same number of nights booked.)
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS**
5 to 9 rooms for 3 nights or 15 room nights = One (1) cocktail reception for one (1) hour.
10 to 19 rooms for 3 nights for 30 room nights = One (1) private function for two (2) hours.
20 to 24 rooms for 3 nights or 75 room nights = One (1) private function for three (3) hours (may be a cocktail reception and dinner).
25 + rooms or 75 room nights = Unlimited private events for up to three (3) hours (may be a cocktail reception and dinner and may not be held on the same day). Effective for new bookings as of January 1, 2013.
*A surcharge of $10 per person, per night will apply for complimentary stays for taxes and gratuities. Room nights qualify from reservations booked through one source when paying the contracted group rate and confirmed at Aventura Cove Palace. Complimentary room nights are awarded on room category booked up to Concierge Level. In the event that the Bride and Groom would like to upgrade to a higher category, a credit will be issued based on the rate/room category originally paid. **Locations for private functions will be confirmed 30 days in advance for groups of 50 guests or more or 25 rooms for 3 nights. If minimum requirement is not met, confirmation of location will be assigned at the resort at time of arrival and will be subject to availability.
